MUTATED CHICKEN   

FEIRAN WANG

Feiran Wang was born in HuangShan, China. She lives and works in Irvine, California. Coming from a family of architects, Wang came to Los Angeles, United States in 2014, to study for her master’s degree in architecture design. She won the thesis merit prize for redesigning and modeling her grandparents’ house based on forms and textures of mutated chickens, meant as a gift for her deceased grandpa.

Soon after receiving her master’s degree, she has dedicated herself to fine art in the contemporary art scene as a sculptor, painter and a printmaker of Mutated Chicken.
